Healthcare works best when clinical reality, organisational strategy, governance and technology are designed as one system.

I am Dr Faris Al-Ramadani: a practising GP, GP Partner, healthcare operator, NHS Non-Executive Director and healthtech adviser.

What makes my perspective distinctive is not any one of these roles, but their combination. Together, they provide a near-360-degree view of healthcare—from patients and frontline teams, through service design and operational delivery, to board assurance, governance, digital innovation and organisational strategy.

At St Wulfstan Surgery, I have led the development of a nationally recognised model of high-performing primary care. The practice was named HSJ Primary & Community Care Provider of the Year in both 2024 and 2025 and achieved the joint-highest patient-satisfaction rating in England among practices serving more than 10,000 patients in the 2025 GP Patient Survey.

I also serve as an NHS Non-Executive Director, contributing to board-level oversight and constructive challenge across quality, performance, strategy, transformation and organisational development.

My healthtech advisory work includes clinical strategy, workflow integration, implementation, adoption, evidence generation, clinical safety and NHS market fit.
